We value fresh local ingredients and use them whenever possible. Our eggs come from Latta's Egg Ranch in Hillsborough and goat cheeses from Celebrity Dairy in Siler City, Grits from Carolina Grits and Co. Menu items are prepared with fresh produce from Blue Sky Farms in Wendell. We have partnered with Muddy Dog Roasting Company in Morrisville to serve coffee made from the best roasted coffee beans.
"Take Home" Meals
"Take home" meals are made for you to take them home and just pop them in the oven for you and your family and friends to enjoy any night of the week. We do need 48 hours notice for these.
With the exception of the "Family of Four Special", there is a minimum order number of 10. Please contact us for more details.

These menus work best for groups no larger than 25 people, unless you are doing them with service staff.
Chafing fuels, servers and setup are available for an additional cost.
Delivery service is available for 25 each direction.
